Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original SAINT ALEXANDER packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

  Ship Your Return

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal confirmation and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
